How "making the playoffs" is defined.
Your league's standard playoff bracket as configured at the start of the season. If your league's playoff bracket changes mid-season for any reason, we use the configuration that was in place when your written scope was signed.
How refunds work
If your team doesn't make the playoffs, email us within 14 days of your league's regular season ending. We refund 100% of your full-season management fee — no questions, no fine print, no calls. Refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
